Our Business

Sales for biotechnology related products, like research equipment, reagents, inductrial chemicals supplied in Japan and foreign country.

We have a lot of partners and deal with a wide range of research related reagents, equipment, and consumables.

Introduction of Department

Sales and Assistant Department

We provide total support to our customers as experts in the biotechnology related field. Assistant staff work with the sales person closely and they arrange orders and request the quotation to the suppliers.

Industry-leading Digital Transformation

We have online purchasing system and websites to search equipment and commisoned services.

Field Service

We will assist with lab relocation and moving. Also, we can create lab layouts.
Lab Planning

Setup and maintenance of Ultrapure water equipment

Our staffs certified Milli-SAT will inspect and repair as soon as possible.
Licensed Support for Equipment

Our staffs who have a license for the equipment of some manufacturers, are able to not only setup an equipment but also handle initial repairs. They will visit our customer and support on behalf of the manufacturer's engineers.

Clinical Group

The group is made up of members with expertise in the market close to the clinical field. During the COVID pandemic, we proposed and sold PCR testing.
Import Service

We will contact to manufacturers that do not have distributor in Japan, and import research reagent and equipment.

WAKEN Group

The four companies that work as a distributor are based in Kansai area, Kanto area, and Shikoku area, and support our customers with their respective networks.
WAKEN B TECH that works as a manufacturer deals with a lot of the cell culture products.
